does law contend ???

stenching street as i would call it.

our government has failed in many aspects and the worst part is that it made it a customary for the next years to come to face the same situation as we now are in.

listing up the fortes it has failed in, our education system has topped the list .

students pecieving education have lost their hopes on the government funds and scholarships

and the younger minds are just busy racing with each other 

every year a lot of iitians and engineers are developed in our country just to drain them out of their mother land in search of better facilities  and better lifestyl

its a shame that only a few of our Indian scholars remain in the native universities to teach and to continue with their researches in our country .

an overview of our law shows that certain number of seats have been reserved for the scheduled and the other backward caste students with low economical conditions 

but the people enjoying these facilities are the ones with the exemplary per capita income ..

deserving the funds an oc student with a very low economic bakground just strives his life through to get into a university or a reputed college "as - the institution of his dreams would just fade away " and still not get the provided scholarships 

wherin  a student scoring higher ranks just rock their way through the entrances and get placed in deemed universities just to get paid for it

may not be a ransom but an underviewed verification of the economic conditions of the student's family is the reason for this kind of unfairness to prevail in our system

a system where the poor steep down to poorer and rich ones get more richer

a system where the localites are given less preference and foriegn brands are prayed upon

people just shun their eeyes towards it as the educated ones are busy in their hectic lives and the illiterates crying their way upon to make their child's life unlike theirs..

presuming the situation 

what does a small heart  soothed upon a lullaby know is waiting for him

theres a race to run ahead where every child is to become an iitian or a doctor or whatevee...

there is an unfair world just stocking up piles of obstacles upon his bright future

theree is just people with meanor attitude throwing him in the pool of insults

hardest parts of the lives are yet to come 

and yet to part you down

relying upon the stretched hands will just leave them far behind and demote the success 

its high time that we have to realise that the helping hand we are looking upon is just a ill proposer of law who doesn't abide to his own self and puts his own statements at stake
