Today I sensed the very need for me to learn about human psychology and put it on practice . I have learn't a few special things and had perfect examples to explain guys as cheaters .
Me an my roomie out of all days today we have decided upon visiting the nearby temple though we knew that it was a little late and doubted if the priest would be present to do any ritual . But we din't care , all we wanted was peace of mind .We walked all the way from our hostel to the temple having fun and teasing each other , pulling , laughing , talking and frightened as well .(that can be explained because we were going out of the campus premises and its not really safe for girls out in that area)
When we were almost twenty feet near the temple front entrance my friend felt like going into the temple through the back entrance . Which was indeed too dark and more frightening , nontheless as i had been there in that time too so it was familiar to me . So i lead her to the gate and we together removed our footware and entered the temple which actually looks like a cave broken into parts and the ruins which tithered away . We walked in together expecting the priest to be present there but to our utter shock we saw a lady sleeping in front of the main temple , she looked so weary and was with two kids . All i could see was shock in her face and pain in her eyes .
She wasn't expecting us anyways . we enquired her if the temple could be opened and she was all unaware of the details . This certainly proved my thoughts to be right about her situation . we were shocked because we never saw any begger orelse people taking refuge in that temple . unlike any other temple it was unique and not so famous but still equally pure .
I felt as if i was disturbing the lady's privacy because she dint move until we have asked her not to bother herself and the children worrying about us. The kids were very young , aged in singles.
Me and my roomie sat quite opposite to them just facing the lord Ranganadha after worshiping . I could say by the look in her eyes that she was thinking the same too. So me and my roomie asked if she was going to stay in the temple whole night and she answered she had been staying in the temple with the help of the priest since two days . When asked her the details she got up took the younger girl child in her arms lifted her up and walked towards us , she sat beside us one step below and started saying hoiw exactly she ended up here in the temple under no roof.
She is a mother of two married to a her uncle(i'e her mother's brother) when she was very young . Her husband turned out to be a sadist who tortured her ever since they got married , she was not allowed to go out nor talk to anyone, she was harassed and beaten up . And she couldn't bear that she just came away with her kids and packed bags in a haste .
she travelled far away from kurnool and reached hyderabad and lingampally ,she walked with all the luggage and children to houses and a few hotels in lingampally in a hope to find an accomodation for a few days but she could.nt . so she ended up here i gopanpally , in the temple .
she could have asked the help of her relatives but she din't wanted them all to know and her parents who could have been the only source have died earlier .This situation has made her miserable she asked us if we knew any place where she could work in the day time. But we were unaware of the locality too but still we promised to try and ask the mess heads about this . and we shall do it .
The kids were so cute and adorable , and they were freezing out in the temple , we felt so attached and bad that we din't have any way to help them because we can't take them with us into the campus to provide any shelter and we are not allowed to too. we gave them company and a few words of hope . all we could do is provide a jacket for the younger kid so that she doesn't freeze anymore and catch cold or fever instead .
we din't want to leave them all alone over there but we din't have any other choice we had to leave early.
This incident has made me think about the life after marriage is that it?
does marrying someone mean just getting beaten up and harassed for no reason. if that is it then i just wish there will be no bond such as marriage in this world . but stil every man needs a woman and she needs a man indeed to support her for the whole life, just people have to understand this and start respecting their spouses for what they are and what they have sacrificed for them
